music blog thing

yknow at some point i'm probably gonna talk about music here, like when i find a new band or whatever so here's a quick list of genres i'm into so you can decide whether or not you care lmao

• Screamo/Skramz/Emoviolence/Whatever you wanna call it
• Hardcore (and a lot of hardcore-derived subgenres, like grind- or deathcore, even some metalcore)
• Punk, esp hardcore punk and powerviolence
• A little Nu Metal (korn, soad and linkin park really)
• Whatever BMTH is doing, in general
• Probably some other shit I forgot to mention

For right now here's a couple bands i think are kinda cool

• FallingWithScissors is a crazy ass, digital(?) skramz band that hits like a panic attack. Go listen to Atrophy:Angel. Do it.
• I just found these guys like yesterday, Punitive Justice is a cool hardcore band. Not much to say about them but hell yeah. Hate Training is a fucking awesome ep
• Trauma Bond is a WILD hardcore(?), grindcore(???) band. Hard to exactly put in a box but Summer Ends especially is amazing. Every song on it just sounds so huge and punchy, it's great. Regards sounds like being stuck in a car doing a death roll.
• If you don't know who Sugar Wounds is you should probably get on that ngl, another insane grind band. Huge fan of Mechanical Friends myself, even if that ringing part of Glitter gives me a headache. It's worth it.

how could I ever start a music blog thing without mentioning Vi Coactus by King Yosef? That's like my favorite hardcore song out there rn. Super fucking filthy and industrial, it's great
also I know i'm late as shit to this but I'm Sorry Mr. Salesman by Mouthbreather is pretty equally crazy. Tension Underbite and Wasted Science especially
